So - what are Mom’s doing all day when they are not at work? Great Question!

For 26 years I always pondered this question… I dreamed of having a baby and being a Mom!

Then, Beckett came along and now I know what happens all day…. A Lot! 😅 and can I just say, the days FLY!

As you can imagine, much goes on in a day and sometimes I’m not even sure what day it is.

I mean, of course I know what day it is, but I feel so involved in our daily schedule that 90% of the time I’m wondering, what day is it? 💁‍♀️

In two years, I can honestly say I’ve never been bored.

Our family dynamics are all different but regardless of our family dynamic, it’s hard to be parents. Single, Co-Parenting, Married, Divorced, Newly Separated, Young Children versus Older Children.

Since choosing to become a blogger and go on this adventure of beginning this website, I have talked to a lot of parents out there, with all different family dynamics and age(s) of children and I have learned so much!

Thank goodness there are people we know that have survived parenting… ha!

Ultimately, I know we are all out there, doing our very best, sharing and taking tips from each other, everyday!

With this in mind, I have learned that I love having a balance of both scheduled activities and free time.

I think it’s awesome to get kids together for socialization since they learn so much through play and playing together! Equally as much, it’s also wonderful to have free days where nothing in particular is scheduled but we always seem to find incredible things to do and I feel that the learning for Beckett is still at max capacity. On our free days I have found that setting up for outdoor play is such a refreshing treat!. A breath of fresh air, Beckett seems ready to take on the world and it’s definitely a nice change of pace for me, too.

I’m inspired to get out of my box each day to see what we learn together and where our adventures will lead!
